Job Description

Texas Care is a mental health facility providing behavioral health and substance abuse counseling services. We are seeking a part-time Community Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator to join our marketing team.

This role involves engaging with the public to promote our services, building relationships with local communities, and acquiring new clients.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate our mission and values to diverse populations, while also working collaboratively with our marketing team to execute community outreach initiatives.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a comfort level engaging with the public and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Texas Care's services through various outreach strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and businesses
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing team to execute community outreach initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated, energetic, and self-starter
  • Flexible schedule with availability during both daytime and some evening hours
  • Must reside within one hour of Beaumont, Texas
  • Must have reliable transportation
Estimated Salary

$38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience
