Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Residential Advisor to join our team at Red Rock Job Corps Center. As a Residential Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to our students, ensuring a positive and productive living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy living environment, ensuring compliance with center policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and attitudes among students.
  • Collaborate with other center staff to provide comprehensive support services to students.
  • Document and report student progress, incidents, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a related field, preferably in a residential or youth development setting.
  • Valid in-State Driver's License preferred.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and assess lift loads to ensure safety.
