Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Advisor to join our team at Red Rock Job Corps Center. As a Residential Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and nurturing residential community for our students. You will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and mentorship to students, helping them to develop essential life skills, and promoting a sense of community and belonging.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their personal and academic goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and community partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of residential programs and activities that promote student engagement and well-being.
- Collaborate with other Residential Advisors and staff to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to student support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with youth or in a related field.
- Valid in-state driver's license preferred.
