The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven history of overseeing significant commercial construction initiatives across various sectors, including Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial, and Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Superintendent or in a similar capacity
- Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial projects
- Specialized knowledge in Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial, and Senior Living sectors
- Familiarity with construction procedures and safety regulations
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in construction management software
