Citizens is seeking a Private Client Relationship Manager to deepen relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients by collaborating with peers across banking, lending, and investing. This role requires a client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering tailored advice and personalized experiences to help clients navigate changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new relationships through leads and internal referrals
- Perform regular outreach to manage and deepen existing relationships
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand client goals and objectives
- Engage with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze client financial plans
- Introduce appropriate opportunities to segment partners based on client financial goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses
- Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
