We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team at Oak Street Health. In this critical role, you will lead the clinical team in providing high-quality patient care and create a positive work environment that fosters growth and innovation.

About the Role:
The Clinical Leadership Specialist will practice primary care alongside colleagues at 80% clinical time and 20% administrative time. Key responsibilities include supporting organizational strategy, working collaboratively with other leaders to achieve objectives, and driving the implementation of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Outreach Manager/Director to drive business objectives
- Lead the onboarding of new providers at the center and model excellent medical care
- Support consistent and robust OSH care model implementation
- Educate and provide ongoing support for providers in implementing clinical guidelines and value-based care models
- Assess and address root causes when center metric goals are not reached

Requirements:
- M.D., D.O., or A.P.N/P.A. graduates with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experience in clinical leadership roles, leading and coaching providers to achieve outstanding results
