As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance to end-users within the organization. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and resolving issues related to desktop computing devices, including PCs, laptops, and associated peripherals. - Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered.
- Hold certifications in desktop support or related areas, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).

- Have a solid understanding of various operating systems and software applications (e.g., Windows, macOS).
- Manage user support tickets for hardware, software, and networking issues.
