Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software over phone, email, and remote desktop services.

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining the computer desktop environment, and supporting the internal Tribal Government, Gaming, and Commission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain the computer desktop environment
  • Support the internal Tribal Government, Gaming, and Commission
  • Perform network orientation for new employees
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for employees

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4 years of relevant technical and support experience
  • Systems Administration/System Engineer experience
  • Microsoft certification (Exchange, MS SQLServer)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
