Join Our Personal Care TeamAs a member of our team, you will do meaningful work, and be valued, respected, and heard. While you support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living, we'll support you with training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience.
What You'll Do:- Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services to help adults stay safe and independent.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and range of motion exercises.
- Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and meal preparation.
- Assist with medication reminders and ambulation.
- Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcomed, but not required. We can train you.
- A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
- A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
