Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in analyzing and developing production requirements and plans to ensure efficient production scheduling.
* Monitor and maintain raw material, work in progress, and finished goods inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
* Assist in coordinating activities required to execute the production plan.
* Assist the production team in generating production reports.
* Assist in allocating resources such as equipment, labor, and production capacity to ensure effective use and maximize productivity.
* Assist in monitoring finished goods' quality and ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
* Assist in analyzing production data to identify trends, optimize production processes, and improve the production performance of the facility.

Requirements:

* Completion of Junior year in college
* Graduated or currently enrolled in relevant majors such as Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, etc.
* Authorized to work in United States
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and deliver quality work within defined timelines.
