About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. As a Product Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop products using 3D modeling software (CREO) to meet quality and cost goals
  • Conduct simulation analysis to optimize product designs
  • Compile design-related items for APQP documents
  • Assist in cost estimating and participate in sampling and evaluations of tooling
  • Follow up and assist in resolving production problems related to tooling
  • Participate in design reviews, APQP process, continuous improvement, and VA/VE projects
  • Maintain CAD workstations and control CAD models and blueprint data
  • Support 3D printer activities and manage tooling design standards
  • Maintain open communications with employees and work with employees to resolve problems and enhance morale
  • Stay aware of improved operational methods, production processes, or equipment that improve quality and efficiency and reduce cost

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a product engineering role
  • Engineering degree
  • 3D modeling software (CREO) skills
