Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with project teams to formulate comprehensive project timelines from inception to completion.
  • Deliver regular updates on project progress and uphold timelines throughout the project duration.
  • Supervise the Schedule Manager and Project Engineers to ensure adherence to scheduling protocols.

Primary Duties

  • Assist in project bidding and take part in proposal submissions and interviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and architectural/engineering partners.
  • Play a vital role in preconstruction activities.

Required Qualifications

Execution of Tasks

  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to oversee project timelines and guarantee project success.
  • Foster relationships with clients and A/E collaborators.
  • Revise project timelines and financial data based on input from the project team.
  • Recognize timeline alterations, devise alternatives, and propose solutions.
  • Employ project management tools to manage scheduling information.
  • Evaluate project elements impacting timeline execution.
  • Generate schedule status reports for senior management review.
