At Method Search Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial drywall and steel stud framing team, you will be responsible for overseeing project management activities, leveraging your expertise in project management, estimating, and software tools such as On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Utilize On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid software for estimating and project management.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proficiency in estimating and project management software, such as On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

Location: Based in New Providence, PA with a focus on serving Lancaster County.
