Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Performance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with our Director, Retail Branches to develop and implement strategies that drive excellence in service and member engagement. You will also be responsible for leading the development of a culture within our branches that fosters quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to capitalize on opportunities and promote our products and services.
  • Support the development of a culture within branches that fosters quality and continuous improvement.
  • Model the Mission, Vision, and Core Values with team members and members.
  • Work with Branch Leadership to develop a highly efficient and productive branch team focused on delivering exceptional member service.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to inspect and coach on performance.
  • Manage and execute talent strategies related to hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Support the career development of team members through coaching and professional development.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated inquiries and service issues.
  • Act as an advisor to the region and guide on tools and resources for success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 7 or more years of experience as a Branch Manager and/or Manager, Retail Branches equivalent role.
  • Prior experience conducting gap analyses.
  • Prior experience delivering training.
  • Certified in current organizational Service & Coaching programs, or ability to be certified.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-impact training.
  • Strong team player with aptitude for region performance.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with business partners in internal lines of businesses across the organization.
