Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team at RISE INC FAMILY. As a Support Specialist, you will provide assistance to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
  • Provide behavioral supports, including redirecting and physically supporting individuals using approved techniques.
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless support services.
  • Attend mandatory training and meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific job.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Approved Background Clearance Application through the Office of Licensing annually.
  • Reliable transportation to the work site and for transporting individuals, if applicable.
