Job Overview

At BH Management Services, we are committed to creating value through our apartment communities. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, selling, and renewing apartment leases in accordance with Company and Fair Housing guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the company's standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. You will represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a strong commitment to the service needs of internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager and other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present leasing presentations to prospective residents, highlighting the benefits and features of our apartment communities.
  • Process lease applications, renewals, and other related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer interactions, and market research findings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance leasing and sales skills.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and community events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous leasing experience preferred.
  • Strong sales and closing skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and meet customer service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and other property management software, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
