  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or College degree preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and write reports and correspondence.
Work Environment:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with residents, colleagues, and external partners. You will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, with occasional lifting and moving of up to 10 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is moderate, and you may be exposed to outside weather conditions.
