We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Professional to join our team at Thermon. As an HSE Site Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining, developing, and implementing organizational safety programs to ensure the health and safety of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with operations management and personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Review and update institutional HSE policies to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Support incident management and investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Compile and maintain safety statistics and analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and implement local safety committee meetings to promote a culture of safety and open communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional safety experience in a warehouse and manufacturing industry.
  • Associate degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or Social Sciences, preferred.
  • Certifications: BSP Certified, OSHA, or any other related certifications in health and safety, desirable.
