Job Title: Executive Sous Chef

Join Wynn Resorts as an Executive Sous Chef and take on a leadership role in our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing the performance and strategy of our restaurant, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of food quality and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement departmental strategy and ensure alignment with overall Encore Boston Harbor strategy
  • Maximize opportunities for departmental and company success
  • Maintain all Encore Standards
  • Ensure excellent guest and team member experience
Qualifications:
  • 21 years of age or above
  • Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Culinary arts or a related field education or experience preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of full service kitchen experience, 4 years in a leadership role required
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to talk and hear
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Work Environment:
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate
  • Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team Members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
