Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere at Maxx Fitness Clubs.
  • The Assistant General Manager should possess a strong enthusiasm for the fitness sector and a commitment to leading a team while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • This role requires a goal-oriented individual who can enhance the overall experience for our members.
  • Engage with clients via phone and in-person to provide comprehensive information regarding memberships and services.
  • Ensure that all customer service concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Process membership applications, update records, and manage service requests using our customer relationship management system.
  • Follow up with clients to address inquiries from members, potential clients, and visitors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, which is essential for our operations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients that may lead to the sale of new memberships or additional services.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift;
  • Availability to work flexible hours each week.
  • High energy levels and a passion for fitness are preferred.
  • Experience in sales and customer service is essential.
