Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage staff, including onboarding new hires, planning shift schedules, and managing leave. Supervisors may also write job descriptions, interview candidates, and make personnel decisions.
  • Customer Service: Ensure prompt and friendly customer service, and communicate well with customers and staff. Supervisors may also respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise food preparation, display, and delivery, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. Supervisors may also educate staff about food allergies and how to inform customers.
  • Inventory Management: Order food, alcohol, and cleaning supplies, and manage inventory. Supervisors may also need to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Bartending and Beverage Service: Bartending, stocking, cleaning, and drink menu management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Prior bartending experience
