Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

Requirements:

Proficient in the Microsoft Windows and Google Apps suite of products

Basic Wired and Wireless Networking troubleshooting skills

Installation and Troubleshooting of Software
Installation and Troubleshooting Printers and Scanners
Troubleshooting Chromebook and IOS Devices

Bonus Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD
Experience with Windows Deployment (Ghost, MDT, SCCM, Intune)
Experience with managed/configurable switches
Experience with MDF Solutions (JAMF Pro, Microsoft InTune, AirWatch, Radix, etc.)
Experience with Google Admin Console
Experience with Content Filters (Lightspeed Relay, GoGuardian, etc.)

Education:

Bachelor of Science Degree preferred but not required.

Note:

Candidates require fingerprinting and background checks. Candidates will have to comply. Candidates are required to have a vehicle for minimal travel between buildings.
