About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that every interaction is welcoming, friendly, and efficient.
  • Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and ensuring seamless communication with associates and clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, financial management, and scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary medical team to ensure the highest level of care for our clients and their pets.
  • Stay up-to-date on hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance and quality care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical background or experience in customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, associates, and veterinarians.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
