Key Responsibilities

  • Compile financial data and create occupancy reports for the general manager.
  • Engage with hotel guests in person and via phone, ensuring all inquiries are addressed effectively and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Manage the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies.
  • Oversee front desk operations and guarantee that customer service aligns with our high standards for guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage front desk personnel, including concierge and front desk agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional guest services and adhere to hotel policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic bookkeeping skills preferred.
  • More than 2 years of experience in office management within the hospitality sector as a front desk supervisor or a comparable role.
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Exhibit outstanding multitasking, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED).
