Commissioning Engineer Specialist

">We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Commissioning Agent in our Seattle office. This role will involve working closely with our clients to develop and implement commissioning process delivery plans ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commissioning process delivery plans based on information set forth in owner's project requirements basis of design design and construction documents as well as information gathered from users and project partners field surveys and code research.
- Responsible for resolving commissioning challenges and completing tasks assigned.
- Work closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
- Technical or Associate Degree in HVAC mechanical plumbing electrical or architectural design or construction engineering from an accredited technical institution or college or commensurate design or construction experience.
- Familiarity with building systems across disciplines including fire protection HVAC plumbing/piping electrical technology instrumentation and controls process and lighting systems.
- Extensive knowledge of commissioning processes and commissioning process delivery.
- Fundamental knowledge of construction processes and project delivery models.
- Understanding of applicable codes standards and specification requirements and ability to interpret them.
- Commissioning certification with a nationally recognized professional body.
- Proficient in application of technologies including computer/software data loggers test and measurement equipment.
