Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Sussex office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing transactions with accuracy and professionalism, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage transactions with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized service to meet their needs.
