Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $67,360 to $78,240, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

This 6-month contract opportunity requires a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with expertise in accounts receivable management, account reconciliation, and reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing and issuing accurate customer invoices, monitoring outstanding receivables, posting customer payments, reconciling accounts receivable balances, generating and analyzing reports, and communicating with clients regarding invoicing and account discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
