">Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is a non-profit organization that provides essential services to individuals, families, and communities in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Expanded Learning Program Instructor to join our team. As a Program Instructor, you will lead academic, physical, and enrichment activities for up to 20 youth in an afterschool setting.

Salary:
">$21 per hour with opportunities for advancement to a credentialed teacher role.
Key Responsibilities:
">Support and maintain a safe and emotionally supportive environment for students.
Create, plan, and execute lesson plans that align with school day learning objectives.
Collaborate with students to support their learning and development through a youth-driven curriculum.
Model Best Practices as outlined by BACR.

Requirements:
">A minimum of an Associate Degree or higher, or 48 college units, or a High School Diploma or GED and passing the Instructional Aide exam.
A valid TB test clearance and a clean criminal background check.
Ability to commit to a full school year with regular attendance and punctuality.
A willingness to participate in professional development opportunities.
About the Role:
">This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, afternoons until 6 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in an educational setting.
