Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist Specializing in Augmentative and Alternative Communication, you will play a critical role in enhancing communication for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication needs and develop effective strategies for implementation.
  • Provide expert consultation and direct services in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Assistive Technology (AT).
  • Collaborate with educators and therapists to integrate communication technologies effectively and support a diverse caseload.
  • Develop and implement tailored interventions and strategies to meet individual needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a focus on AAC and AT assessments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning to stay current with best practices in AAC and AT.
