We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABA Helps, LLC in New Bedford, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA to work with children and families while contributing to the growth of our organization.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism. They will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision to Behavioral Therapists.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65 - $75 per hour for part-time positions, with a signing bonus of $1,000, and a salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 per year for full-time positions, with a signing bonus of $2,000.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Provide on-site training, support, and mentorship to Behavioral Therapists
  • Collaborate with schools, doctors, and other providers to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Board Certification (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • LABA certification for Massachusetts-based roles
