Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Therapy Team Leader to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our therapy department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and leading a team of therapists.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in day-to-day operations, including supervisory tasks, communication with hospital departments, and maintaining open lines of communication to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delegate and supervise tasks of therapist assistants and technicians
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, training, and communications to provide adequate coverage for patient treatments
  • Maintain open and on-going communication with hospital departments

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of three years' discipline-specific or leadership experience, with no less than two years being clinical. A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited therapy program is required, and a Master's or Doctorate's degree in a professional or management area is preferred.

Benefits and Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment

This is a daytime position, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as needed. Our office is located at 2304 State Highway 121, Bedford 76021, and we offer a smoke-free, temperature-controlled environment.
