Shift Hours: 6am-2:30pm on weekends, holidays, and occasional weekdays.

Responsibilities in Customer Service:

  • Prepare and serve appealing food and beverages as directed.
  • Practice portion control and maintain high standards of service.
  • Utilize effective customer service skills, including friendly interactions and accommodating special requests.

Technical and Safety Duties:

  • Operate assigned equipment correctly and safely.
  • Ensure cleanliness and restocking of supplies during service hours.
  • Adhere to HACCP guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Balance cash registers at the end of each shift and report to a supervisor.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • ServSafe Food Handler certification (training provided).

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate multicultural sensitivity and customer-focused service.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Exhibit critical thinking and independent judgment in decision-making.

Equipment Used:

Familiarity with espresso machines, milk steamers, coffee urns, and other relevant food service equipment.
