Mailroom Quality Assurance Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mailroom Quality Assurance candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain QMS programs and initiatives
  • Provide critical information for audits and reviews/analyze data and documentation
  • Maintain all required documentation to meet security compliance standards and audit control standards
  • Perform and document required monthly user reviews for associate's access
  • Work closely with Operations
  • Identify key activities within and between functions of the organization
  • Monitor Corporate directed training to ensure completion target dates are met

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Experienced in Quality Control, Product Inspection, and Maintaining Records
