Operations Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Client Service Specialist to join our Banking Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and maintenance activities for several banking applications, collaborating with internal and external customers to identify, analyze, and proactively resolve issues, and becoming a Subject Matter Expert on the applications and processes the Banking Services team owns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation and maintenance activities for several banking applications
Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify, analyze, and proactively resolve issues
Become a Subject Matter Expert on the applications and processes the Banking Services team owns
Identify risk items, timely escalate to management with effective communication, write up official reporting, agree action plans, and accountable for implementation
Support the accountability for client quality of service and team work accuracy in support of those clients
Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze, and proactively resolve issues
Support strong communications with internal and external clients
Support and research inquiries related to internal and external vendor/client requests
Drive effective collaboration and networking with other teams locally, regionally, and globally
Provide training and support to team members
As required, take responsibility for operational tasks (release-updates, risk sensing reporting, ad-hoc queries)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in financial services, fund accounting, and/or a back-office operations environment
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Attention to detail; focus on risk and control environment
Candidates must demonstrate initiative, be able to perform well under pressure, and simultaneously handle multiple assignments
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the proven ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, which includes excellent time management and prioritization skills

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
