Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing teams. This role is pivotal in establishing Demandbase as a leader in the B2B Sales and Marketing software sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, execution, and oversight of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) digital initiatives across various platforms including Demandbase One, LinkedIn, Google, and more.
  • Manage target account lists and audience segmentation within Demandbase One for effective digital outreach.
  • Oversee the Digital Marketing campaign calendar to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, focusing on ABM metrics, engagement rates, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate in documenting best practices for digital marketing campaigns and website optimization.
  • Work closely with the Design team to ensure a consistent flow of creative assets.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Operations on Salesforce campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Partner with Web, Content, and Product teams to enhance website functionality for digital campaigns.
  • Lead projects related to external channels such as Content Syndication, Paid Search, and Paid Social.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing within the B2B software sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in writing and editing with a solid understanding of SEO principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in liaising with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Demandbase One, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Adwords, GA4, and Salesforce.
Preferred Skills:
  • ABM Certification and/or Demandbase Certification.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, WordPress, Asana, SEMrush, and Optimizely.
