Position Summary
Are you a service-oriented individual with a knack for facilitating precise financial transactions and nurturing strong customer relationships? As a Customer Engagement Associate, you will play a vital role in our dedication to superior customer service. Your responsibilities will include executing timely and accurate financial transactions while also fostering customer loyalty through relationship building. By assessing the needs of both new and existing customers, providing insightful recommendations on banking products and services, and ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Assess new and existing customers, recommending tailored banking products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Facilitate the opening of new accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with various banking requests, including Stop Payments and Debit Card Orders.
- Proactively resolve customer inquiries and provide timely feedback.
- Support the maintenance of customer goodwill and contribute to branch performance.
- Professionally direct customers to appropriate bank departments as needed.
- Safeguard customer information, adhere to regulatory standards, and maintain security protocols.
- Process transactions while ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
- Engage in community and bank-sponsored events to foster local relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years of age, and ideally have six to twelve months of experience in a banking or customer service role. Additional preferred qualifications include experience in sales or cross-selling.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $19.50
