Position Overview
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer satisfaction? As a Client Services Associate, you will play a vital role in our dedication to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Conduct accurate financial transactions in line with the bank's policies.
  • Enhance customer relationships through superior service and by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Engage with new and existing customers, offering tailored advice on banking products and services.
  • Ensure every customer interaction is positive and exceeds expectations.
  • Assist with various banking services, including account openings and transaction processing.
  • Actively resolve customer inquiries and provide timely feedback.
  • Safeguard customer information and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in community and bank-sponsored events to promote goodwill.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years of age, and ideally have six to twelve months of experience in a banking environment. Additional experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this position is $19.50. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and more.
