Position Overview
As a Client Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions while fostering strong customer relationships. Your focus on exceptional service will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prompt and precise financial transactions in line with bank policies.
- Build and nurture customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services.
- Profile new and existing customers to offer tailored solutions.
- Open new accounts with attention to detail and timely documentation.
- Assist customers with various banking needs, including Stop Payments and Debit Card Orders.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Contribute to community engagement and bank-sponsored events.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Six to twelve months of experience in a banking or customer service role is preferred.
