Natural Organics Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Raw Material Sampler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, inspecting, and sampling all incoming raw materials and components, as well as reviewing expired raw materials and materials slated for destruction.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and sample all incoming raw materials and components to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Review and inspect expired raw materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Review and sign off on materials slated for delivery to Contract Venders.
- Perform quality checks on in-process and finished product during production runs.
- Verify the accuracy, integrity, and quantity of raw materials used in production batches.
- Inspect and release all production work areas and equipment prior to start-up of batches and after cleaning of equipment.
- Ensure all quality aspects of the facility and maintain a high-quality manufacturing environment.
- Check the accuracy of all production records, including batch records, run sheets, destruction forms, and material reconciliations.
- High School diploma or equivalent, AS degree in related sciences preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or nutritional supplement industry along with cGMP training a plus.
- Good verbal, written, and communication skills necessary.
- This position requires walking/standing throughout the day.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
