At Natural Organics Inc, we are seeking a skilled Document Control Associate to support our Quality Assurance - Technical Affairs & Document Control team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, revising, and maintaining all master and controlled cGMP documents generated at the site, as well as maintaining both physical and electronic records in systems such as ETQ, Formulator, and SAP.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Technical Affairs/Document group in the creation and review of documents
  • Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective document management

Requirements include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Access, Power Point)
  • AS or BS degree in a related science and/or 2-5 years of experience in a GMP environment
