Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant. In this role, you will work collaboratively with certified speech-language pathologists to deliver high-quality services to students with communication disorders.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in communication sciences and disorders, with excellent knowledge of assessment and intervention strategies. You will also possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring seamless delivery of services to students and their families.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Deliver direct support to students in speech and language therapy sessions, including adapting activities to meet diverse needs and abilities.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and other educational staff to ensure cohesive support for students.

Compensation Package:
The salary for this position starts at $262.55 per day, with opportunities for growth and development within the district. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings and paid time off.
