About the Job: As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide skilled speech therapy services to patients 0-21 years old in their homes or daytime facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and fluency impairments using various testing instruments.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet patients' goals.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient goals.
  • Educate staff, caregivers, and patients on speech therapy modalities and interventions.
  • Supervise Clinical Fellows and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants if experienced.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year and CCC-SLP certification.
  • License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.
  • Experience in pediatrics required; home health experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills and feeding experience are a plus.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
