As a customer support specialist at Fieldprint, you will handle incoming inquiries from clients and customers regarding our electronic fingerprinting and identity management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls related to fingerprinting inquiries
• Identify suitable locations for fingerprint collection through phone and online resources
• Liaise with fingerprinting site vendors to gather necessary documentation
• Prepare and distribute welcome packets to new clients
• Process fingerprint submissions and direct them to the appropriate agencies
• Oversee and maintain the call center communication line
Essential Qualifications:
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Strong phone, computer, and administrative capabilities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
• Willingness to travel as required
Educational Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
