We are looking to partner with:

  • An accomplished real estate agent with over 5 years of experience, who is eager for team support to thrive in the dynamic real estate market. Candidates should be open to coaching, willing to learn, and value teamwork and accountability.
  • A real estate professional with at least 1 year of experience or a part-time agent aiming to transition to full-time, utilizing team resources. Basic real estate knowledge and 3+ years in sales, customer service, or hospitality are essential.
  • Newly licensed, ambitious sales professionals with 5+ years in sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar fields. Compensation:

$200,000+ at plan earnings

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek and network with potential home buyers and sellers to expand your client base.
  • Schedule and conduct consultations with prospective clients, focusing on converting leads into successful transactions.
  • Organize property viewings, host open houses, and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
  • Assist clients in negotiating property sales to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide support and guidance throughout the home buying and selling process.
