Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Real estate experience is a benefit, although not required.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with high attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials.
  • Charismatic with a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality without needing to be micromanaged.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and demands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver a high level of customer service to luxury clientele.
