Role Summary:

The Non-CDL Box Truck Driver plays a crucial role in the logistics process, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of materials from our facilities to various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts thorough pre-operation inspections of the vehicle to ensure readiness.
  • Loads and secures products for safe transportation.
  • Delivers and unloads products at specified locations.
  • Reports any damages, shipping discrepancies, or shortages encountered.
  • Performs daily vehicle checks and reports any maintenance needs.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
  • Meets all driver MVR requirements.
  • Adheres to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Competencies:

  • Exhibits a professional demeanor and behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Must meet the company's driving record standards.
  • Must provide an up-to-date Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks.
  • Must present a valid medical certificate.

Additional Skills/Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and medical card is required.
  • Forklift operation training is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is advantageous.

  • Base Salary: $23.50-$25.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
