Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, meet customer needs, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating eye-catching displays and maintaining a visually appealing sales floor.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and customer needs.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash, credit card transactions, and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly around the sales floor.
