About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative. As an insurance sales representative, you will play a crucial role in providing our clients with the best coverage to fit their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. This can be attained before starting actual position.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
