Veterinary ER and CCU Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of North County. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our emergency and critical care departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the emergency and critical care departments, focusing on providing comprehensive and supportive care to clients and patients.
- Develop and implement effective workflows to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with staff at all levels to promote a culture of teamwork, communication, and mutual respect.
- Provide input on problem-solving efforts and contribute to the development of constructive and cooperative working relationships across the hospital.
- Advocate for the satisfaction of internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with coordinating training and skills development for staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain equipment and service needs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 or more years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
- Competitive hourly wage of $31-$35.
