Veterinary Specialty Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our Veterinary Specialty Hospital team in San Marcos, California. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our specialty departments, ensuring high-quality, comprehensive, and personalized care for our clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the specialty departments with a focus on high-quality care and adequate staffing levels.
- Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies for daily operations.
- Build and maintain constructive working relationships across the hospital.
- Encourage and promote mutual trust, respect, communication, and cooperation among team members.
- Advocate for the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Assist with coordinating training and skills development for staff.
- Collaborate with staff to streamline delivery of services without compromising care or hospitality.
- Maintain equipment and service needs.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 or more years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
- Effective leadership qualities.
- Ability to promote effective communication amongst team members.
- Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions.
- Proven ability to lead by example.
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, with opportunities for on-call shifts.
Compensation$31-$35/hour, based on skillset and credentials.
